Welcome to the web site of Woodbridge Quay Church, Woodbridge, Suffolk, UK.
A friendly, welcoming church, where you will soon feel at home.
We would love to see you at a Sunday morning service.
Woodbridge Quay Church was formed when Quay United Reformed Church merged with Beaumont Baptist Church. We are members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and the Evangelical Alliance.
We meet for contemporary worship every Sunday morning at 10:30am. You can learn about what to expect at our services and see a list of sermon titles on our Services page.
One of our ministers is Rev. Mark Hardingham BD(Hons). Mark is married to Janet and they have two adult children, Chaz and Katie. Mark trained at Spurgeon's College, London. Prior to that he worked for one of the UK's leading banks. Mark has been our minister since 2005.
We have House Groups for sharing fellowship with a few others in a comfortable situation. There are both daytime and evening groups. Our Parent and Toddler group is called Skipper's Nippers and meets weekly in term-time. Men's and Ladies' groups meet for breakfasts and, occasionally, other events. Our Active Retirees meet for social events in various locations. Find out more by clicking on the button below.
Our other minister is Rev. Doug Waller. Doug is married to Charlie and they have two young children, Rosie, 2, and Bethany who is a newborn. Doug trained at Spurgeon's College, London. Prior to that he worked as a teacher of Religious Studies and Philosophy in a secondary school. Doug became our minister in Sept 2016.
